There is no shortage of luxury on offer in the streets of Kent, from the private roads of Sevenoaks and Sandwich to leafy lanes in the likes of Bromley and Deal. A report by Varber found that the average price of property in Kent is around £358,000 but more than 700 homes sold for over £1 million in the years since 1995. But where are those exclusive homes located? Let’s take a look and find out.

Kent’s richest street has a property value average of £4,258,000. This is more than 14 times the UK average house price of £286,000, while the street with the county’s biggest properties boasts an average home size of just 106sq metres short of 5,000sq ft. This is more than five times the UK average of 950sq ft. Valuations are taken from HM Land Registry House Price data
