Have a de-clutter – clutter is no good for productivity, so have a big office clear out and de-clutter! There is probably a lot that you don’t need, as well as things that could be organised much more efficiently, so get a skip and have a good clear out.
Think about comfort – When we are comfortable, we will naturally work better and be happier. It may be time to upgrade your office furniture to create a more comfortable workplace – get some new office chairs and desks and don’t forget to provide reception chairs for visitors!
Add some colour -Colours are another thing that have a huge impact on our moods – make the workplace a joyful and inspirational place to be rather than dull drab and boring.
